Woodhouse is one family's private system, so there is no sales line and no support queue — but there are people, and they read their mail. Pick the channel that fits what you have.
woodhouse@kyro.house — the assistant's own mailbox, read by Kyle Roche. Use it for anything about the household's instance, an event page you were invited to, or a message you received from Woodhouse's number and didn't expect. Expect a reply from a person within a few days, not from the assistant.

Bugs, questions and ideas about the open-source project belong in GitHub issues at github.com/kyleroche/kyrohome/issues. Pull requests are welcome; the repository's CLAUDE.md explains the conventions and the decisions that are not up for debate.
Security
This software opens a gate, reads cameras and controls a pool for a real family. If you find a vulnerability, please do not open a public issue: follow the reporting steps in the repository's SECURITY.md, or email the address above with “security” in the subject.
