Terms of Service
Last updated September 7, 2026
Woodhouse (kyro.house) is a private, invitation-only assistant for one household, operated by Kyle Roche. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
Only household members registered by the operator. Accounts are personal; don’t share your sign-in. Children use Woodhouse under their parents’ supervision and with restricted permissions.
What it does
Woodhouse answers questions, remembers things you ask it to, works with Google accounts you connect, and reads or controls home devices in the household. It acts on your instructions; you are responsible for what you ask it to do, including anything physical (gates, thermostats, the pool) and anything sent on your behalf (email, calendar invites, messages).
Acceptable use
- Use it for the household’s own purposes.
- Don’t try to access another member’s private data, bypass permissions or approvals, or probe the systems it connects to.
- Don’t use it to send unlawful, abusive, or unwanted communications.
Your data
How Woodhouse handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy at kyro.house/privacy. You can disconnect Google accounts at any time and can ask the operator to delete your account.
No warranty
Woodhouse is provided as is. It is a personal project, not a commercial service: it may be unavailable, it may make mistakes, and AI-generated answers can be wrong. Don’t rely on it for anything where an error would cause harm, and verify anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of Woodhouse, including actions it takes on your instruction or content it generates.
Changes and termination
The operator may change these terms or end access at any time. Changes are announced directly to household members and dated above.
